To open Adobe .pdf files install Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
To open word documents,
powerpoint presentations, access databases and spreadsheets
install Microsoft
Office (but note that Office for Mac
does not include Access) or Open
Office (free but note that even though
Open Office has a database application it is not compatible
with databases created with Access). To
print to Adobe .pdf install doPDF.
To view powerpoint presentations in a Google
Chrome web browser without downloading
them install the PPT
slides editor extension.
Homework is continuous:
1. Review
your notes and keep your binder organised.
2. Copy the 2 vocabulary and
2 learning objectives tables at the beginning of each presentation.
Then grade yourself at the beginning and end of each presentation.
3. Watch and make notes on suggested videos and
web pages.
4. Finish classwork not finished in lessons.
